Serves 4 – 6
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed ,
- chopped
- 1 ½ cups frozen artichoke
- hearts, thawed , chopped
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °.
- In a medium pot bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add spinach and artichokes and cook for 1 minute. Drain and return to pot.
- Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until soft.
- Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients to pot and stir.
- Place mixture in an oven proof serving dish and bake in oven until hot, about 10 minutes.
- Serve with any combination of bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- Hollowing out a large round piece of bread and using that as a serving vessel and using the hollowed out bread to dip makes a nice display.
