  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the garlic and cook for a minute longer. Th en add the vinegar , honey , chili powders , mustard , and hot sauce . Reduce the mixture by 1/3 , stirring occasionally, about 10 -15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly or until sauce thickens.
  2. Heat a grill to medium - high heat. Grill the wings until fully cooked, approx 8 minutes per side.
  3. Place cooked wings in a large bowl. P our some of the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
  4. Serve with blue cheese dressing , carrots and/or celery, and extra sauce.
